Jocelyn Baisa-Cuevas has extensive experience in legal research and legal writing, having worked with law firms, legal departments of multinational corporations, and Philippine government institutions, including the Philippine Judiciary, in the last 10 years.
From 2017 to date, she handles local and foreign trademark prosecution matters for Virgilaw. She finished her pre-law degree at West Visayas State University majoring in Journalism in 2003. She completed her law degree at the University of Iloilo-Phinma in 2010.
